Am I expected to tip?
Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. The cost of the service helps maintain the business, but tipping helps to grow it.
What brands do you carry?
At this time, Jamie Leigh Artistry retails iS CLINICAL, Obagi, Skinscript Rx, Earth Harbor Naturals, and DRMTLGY skincare products.
These products are also used for facial services.
Do you offer teen facials?
Yes! Teens aged 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult for services. The guardian is required to stay on the premises for the entirety of the service. Teens 16+ may be unaccompanied provided a guardian signs the proper waivers.
Can I get a gift card?
Virtual gift cards are available through the GlossGenius booking site and may be purchased by following this link.
This is a third-party service and Jamie Leigh does not have access to the funds until the gift card has been redeemed. This means she is unable to personally issue any gift card refunds and troubleshooting must be done through the third-party site.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments within 24 hours may be subject to a 20% fee.
What is the late policy?
If you are less than 10 minutes late to your appointment, the time will come out of your service. After ten minutes, you may be considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
Can I get a facial if I have eyelash extensions?
Yes, we simply avoid oil based products around the eyes and don’t use steam.
Do you have a referral program?
When you refer someone to Jamie Leigh Artistry, not only do they receive a free upgrade to their first service, but you receive a free upgrade at your next visit as well.
How else can I get free upgrades?
Jamie Leigh is more than happy to gift you a free upgrade during your birthday month!
